At RunThrough Kit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
